The information contained within the user profile you register is solely used to match
posted information with potential professionals or projects. Contact details contained
within the profile are hidden from view until such time as a Project has been
awarded and then it will be shared between the Project Owner and the Freelancer
only.

This information may be used by the FreelanceSOS.com staff to create reports from
the database for our own statistical and reporting purposes only.

Registered members of FreelanceSOS.com click the "I AGREE" checkbox in the
Registration section to agree to the FreelanceSOS Terms and Conditions and
consent to processing of their personal information such as name and email
address.

FreelanceSOS.com will endeavor to protect your privacy at all times.

Registered users of FreelanceSOS.com can be assured that none of the
information submitted by you will be sold or redistributed without express consent.

This Site May Contain Links to Other Sites
FreelanceSOS may contain links to other websites and is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content to which the Site links or to which link back to our
Site. If you click a link, logo or some such other item, or you are using certain
other services that are available at FreelanceSOS.com you may have been taken
away from our site. We encourage you to check your Internet location and read
any Privacy Policies pertaining to the site you are currently on.

Our Site
Certain areas of the Site have been set up for communication between the
Freelancers and the Project Owners and as such all users have access to
the shared workspace. None of the publicly accessible areas are to be used
for any other purpose other than facilitating communication and exchanging
information regarding the project being bid on. As outlined in the Terms and
Conditions contact details including phone numbers and/or email addresses
may not be communicated within the shared workspace.

This is to control both the privacy of the individual, and to maintain the
fairness of the bidding process. FreelanceSOS reserves the right to monitor
the communications on the Site to ensure compliance to our Terms and
Conditions. Should activity be found that is not in compliance FreelanceSOS
reserves the right to act in a manner fitting the issue.

Legal Responsibility
FreelanceSOS.com will cooperate with all law enforcement agencies to
enforce laws. These may include: theft, fraud, intellectual property rights and
other rights. In agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you have authorized us
to disclose information about you including any online communication or
contact if we believe, or are required to:

1/ Comply with relevant laws of your country or to respond to subpoenas or
warrants served on us
2/ Assist in an investigation
3/ Respond to an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of Users or other
persons or
4/ Protect or defend the rights or property of FreelanceSOS.com or third parties

using their sites and are used by FreelanceSOS.com. Cookies are used to recognize
the information provided by the users of our Site.

FreelanceSOS.com enlist the services of PayPal for all monetary transactions and
as such we have no direct handling of credit cards or any other monetary transactions.

Communication
FreelanceSOS.com will communicate with you via email when there is movement
on a project you are involved in either as a Freelancer or Project Owner.
Other communication may include emails to advise you of a newly listed job,
newsletters, and other information we believe may be of interest etc.

and in doing so value the input from all of our users.

Terminating Your Membership
Should you wish to terminate your membership please contact us on
info@FreelanceSOS.com. Information may remain in our archived database
after termination.

From time to time we may address the terms in this Privacy Policy. A note at
the beginning of the Privacy Policy will highlight this and your continued use
of the Site after such time will signify your acceptance of the new terms.
