I have been a journalist for over 20 years across many newspapers and magazines. I have written all sorts of article but I specialise in food, wine and travel.I can develop recipes, write about ingredients and history of food.I have completed a wine science degree and can discuss all sorts of things about wine, grape varieties and styles.In travel my articles tend to be about specific regions and often have boxed information about where to go, what to do and what to see.
